The idea to include an electric kettle, fridges, and kitchenware in the queen studio was nice. There was kitchenette. Location: the hotel was near to Dresden's centre, most major museums, and Frauenkirche in the center of old town Dresden...

This is a comfortable very centrally located hotel. The aparthotel concept means that it does not have some of the facilities of a hotel, but this does not matter as the central location provides anything you need close to hand. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet, and the staff welcoming and helpful.

Very comfortable stay, as always. Charming place to stay with a wonderful view of the city center old town. A living area and a safe box available in the queen studio. Good bed and a super bathroom. Superb location in the very centre of town overlooking the Freunkirche. Apartment 4.10 is the one to ask for as it has an exclusive small balcony overlooking the square.

I had a comfortable experience here, everything was good, the location was beautiful just off beautiful Dresden with 2 kids 4 adults and the restaurant and ideally based for all of Old Town. Very very helpful and affable staff suggested restaurants. The private parking was on-site, great service.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options are varied and delicious, plus the studio room has a nice high ceiling and a comfortable double bed in the bedroom.

Great location in a beautiful city. The staff were very professional and friendly. Room was very spacious and clean. Only slight complaint was the orientation of the lobby and park-house to where the room was located.

Overall, an excellent experience: Super location, spacious apartment, quite well-equipped, reliable internet connection.

A few details: No apparent air conditioning or fan system. No microwave in the kitchen. Inconveniently arranged bathroom - bottom edge of mirror was at shoulder level, and hand towel rack was very much in the way of the toilet and garbage can - with very low-pressure shower.

We loved our stay at this place, the rooms were beautifully renovated and had amazing views through the large windows.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable with great views of the Frauenkirche and surrounding area. Staff at Neumarkt hotel checked us in and personally escorted us to the private (and very secure) underground parking area across the street. The location is perfect for exploring all the sights.
